Tori Davis-Artis is Chief Commercial Officer, Hair Care, North America at Strength of Nature, a Godrej Consumer Products company, where she leads the company’s integrated commercial organization across marketing, sales, e-commerce, retail partnerships, and innovation. She oversees growth strategy across a portfolio spanning textured hair care, men’s grooming, air care, and hair color, including brands such as African Pride, Just for Me, Darling, Motions, TCB, Consort, and Groom & Clean. She is also leading the company’s expansion into new categories, including the U.S. launch of aer, an accessible air care brand, and Motions Xpress, a new hair color line.
A consumer goods executive and commercial growth leader, Tori has spent recent years in senior executive roles driving commercial strategy for major beauty and household brands. She has built a career transforming iconic and emerging brands through strategic innovation, omnichannel expansion, and consumer-centric brand building across the beauty, personal care, grooming, and household categories.
At Strength of Nature, Tori is focused on accelerating sustainable growth by strengthening brand equity, deepening consumer connection, expanding into new product categories and retail channels, and modernizing the company’s portfolio for the next generation of consumers.
Prior to joining Strength of Nature, Tori served as Chief Operating Officer at Walker & Company Brands, where she led end-to-end commercial operations, product development, and retail expansion for BEVEL. During her tenure, she helped scale the brand’s footprint from fewer than 1,000 stores to more than 10,000 retail locations nationwide, including Target, Walmart, Ulta, and independent beauty retailers.
Earlier in her career, Tori held a series of leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, where she led sales, strategy, e-commerce, and brand management across some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands, including Olay, Old Spice, Pantene, Tide, Pampers, Bounty, and Charmin.
Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Howard University and an MBA in Finance from Wilmington University.
