I am a board certified psychiatrist, speaker, author, consultant, wife and mother. I work with high-level professionals who are struggling with untreated mental health disorders. Through my telemedicine practice, I am able to provide confidential treatment at optimal times, thus decreasing the stigma associated with mental health treatment. I love that I get the opportunity to help busy professionals go from surviving to thriving by working on their mental health.
